Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. The 30-day free trial is available without any payment details. When you’re ready, subscribe with a debit or credit card in Settings › Billing; it is then charged automatically each month or year until you cancel.
How quickly will I get a reply?
For sales and partnership enquiries, we usually reply within 1 business day. Existing customers get priority via in-app support.
Can I migrate my existing data?
Yes. We help new customers import packages, customers and bookings during onboarding. Just mention it in your message.
Is my data secure?
Each agency gets its own isolated tenant. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider, so your card details never reach our servers.
Do you offer custom development?
For larger agencies on the Enterprise plan, we offer custom integrations and tailored workflows. Mention it in your message.
